Na manhã desta segunda-feira (28-09), o presidente da Câmara Municipal vereador Telmo Brito participou do ato simbólico de implantação da Faculdade Integrada de Querência – FIQ

Na oportunidade o representante da faculdade, Marcelo Soler, comentou que este momento é a consolidação da promessa feita em campanha em 2012. “Há dois anos temos registrado na junta comercial do Mato Grosso a Sociedade Educacional de Querência, e aguardamos o momento certo perante o Ministério da Educação para que nós pudéssemos fazer o protocolo da abertura dessa faculdade”, comenta o representante.

Marcelo também comentou que o MEC está muito exigente na autorização de novas estruturas de ensinos superior, porém o momento é propicio para isso, com o crescimento da cidade e do estado, e ressaltou dizendo que não iria fazer nenhum compromisso que não pudesse assumir. A abertura do polo está prevista para o segundo semestre de 2016, primeiramente com o curso presencial de Administração, porém a perspectiva é que em cinco anos mais 12 cursos sejam abertos.

O Presidente da Câmara vereador Telmo Brito Demostrou sua satisfação – “ Um dia importante para nós Querencianos hoje se torna real um sonho que muitas pessoas esperavam ansiosamente realizar, Querência cresce e com aumento de alunos é fundamental ensino de qualidade aos nossos munícipes, sabemos que ao primeiro momento teremos apenas um curso inicial mais já trabalharemos dentro de uma projeção que ao longo de alguns anos os nossos alunos possa ter disponível um cartel variado de aproximadamente 12 cursos de nível superior, acreditamos que as melhorias para nosso município não param por ai, no que depender de nós vereadores lutaremos sempre buscando melhorias e bem estar para os nossos munícipes. .
